摘    要:员工沉默是指员工由于主观和客观上的种种原因,有意的隐瞒有关改善工作和组织的有价值的意见、观点和信息。文中主要探讨了员工沉默的形成机制,分析了影响员工沉默的因素,并结合人力资源开发环节提出了减少员工沉默行为的策略。

Abstract:Employee silence means that due to the subjective and objective reasons,employees disguise the valuable views and information which can improve the work and organizational efficiency.This paper discusses the formation mechanism of the employee silence,analysis the factors which affect the employee silence,combines the aspects of human resource development and proposes strategy to reduce the acts of employee silence.
