| 摘 要： | 随着建筑工程业向更高层次发展,建立一个完善的建筑业专业分包体系已迫在眉睫。在分析了我国建筑工程项目分包的内在动因的基础上,提出了分包管理应当采取的措施,严格分包商资质管理和对分包合同的履约情况严格控制,最后对建筑项目分包管理的发展进行了展望。

| Abstract: | A perfect architecture in dustry sub-package System should be imminent established with the construction industry to a higher level of development.Based on the analysis of China's construction projects subcontracted,the sub-management measures should be taken in strict quality management and the performance of sub-contracts should be in strict controlled.Finally the forecast to the construction projects sub-package management's development has carried on. |
