| 摘 要： | 衡水市的发展水平较低,同河北省经济平均水平还有很大差距;从优势和依托两大方面说明了衡水可持续发展的巨大潜力;说明制约衡水市可持续发展的瓶颈;从改善产业结构和提高人口素质等方面对衡水市的可持续发展提出了可行性对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The development level of Hengshui City is low,compared with the average level of Hebei Province,it has a big distance;By the explanation of superiority,we know Hengshui City has huge potency in the sustainable development;Explain the factor of blocking sustainable development of Hengshui City;Introduce the positive countermeasures and advices on the sustainable development of Hengshui City through improving Industrial structure and people s quality aspects,etc. |
