| 摘 要： | 开展创先争优活动是推进党的基层组织和党员队伍建设的需要。文章分析了创先争优的内涵、特征以及开展创先争优活动的意义,继而从树立公仆意识、选好着力点、发挥典型引领作用和提防三大误区等方面对构建创先争优活动长效机制进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Activity of ＂creating and establishing the advanced and strive the excellent＂ is carried out to promote construction of the party＇s grassroots organization and party members. Connotations,characters,and significances of carrying out activity of ＂creating and establishing the advanced and strive the excellent＂ are analyzed. And then,long effective mechanism is explored from building up consciousness of public servant,choosing properly focal force point,exerting leading actions of models and being ware of typical three errors,etc.. |
