The Comparation of Integrating Fragmentation Channels on the Background of Administration Integration and the Implications for China

Administrative fragmentation is one kinds of administrative weakness which comes out on the form of divising interests,competing for rights and administration separately when administrative departments deal with pubic affairs. The main channels of integrating fragmentation are administrative coordination,government linkage, network governance and adminisrtative assistace. All of them have various kinds of weakness and only adapt to specific administrative systems. The paper analyses the channels of integrating fragmentation suitable for the conditions of China according to comparing with these kinds of integration channels.
