基于投影寻踪分类技术的各地区吸纳就业能力综合评价

摘要：根据吸纳就业能力评价指标体系，针对我国2007—2010年31个省市21个指标的124组样本数据，采用投影寻踪分类技术对各地区吸纳就业能力进行综合评价、排序和分类研究。实证结果表明：广东吸纳就业能力最强，广东和江苏为第1类地区，山东、浙江和上海为第1I类地区，中西部绝大部分省市属于第1V或V类地区；2007—2010年期间，所有省市吸纳就业能力都是增强的，但省市之间存在较大差异；地区经济实力对吸纳就业能力影响最大，其次是投资水平；在21个指标中，货物进出口总额、地区GDP等权重大于0．2433的10个指标最重要，占总权重的71．5％，地区GDP增长率和第三产业GDP比重是逆向指标。实证结果与我国当前经济发展和吸纳就业情况是吻合的。

Comprehensive Evaluation of Regional Absorption Employability in China Applying Projection Pursuit Clustering Technique

Based on the evaluation index system of absorbing employability and the 124 set collected data during 2007 -2010 year with the 21 evaluation indexes, we apply the projection pursuit clustering technique to comprehensive evaluate, rank and classify the regional absorbing employability （ RAE ） of the 31 provinces in China. The case study shows Guangdong province is the highest in the RAE. Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces belong to Type I, and Shandong, Shanghai and Zhejiang provinces belong to Type II. The majority of the provinces in the Central and Western China belong to Type IV or V. The RAE of all provinces is improved during 2007 - 2010 years,but their differences between one and the other are obvious, too. The economic strength is the most important one in the five aspects and the next is the invest level. Of the 21 evaluation indexes ,the ten indexes such as the total import and export of goods and the regional GDP, et al, which eights are all greater than 0. 2433 and their sum of the weights is about 71.5% of the total weights, are the key to the RAE. The regional GDP growth and the proportion of the GDP of the third industry are both negative indexes. The positive research results are good agreement with the actual economic and employment situation in China at present,
