高职学生情商指标体系及培养途径研究

摘    要:大学生的情商能力培养日益受到有识之士的关注。通过调查发现,高职学生的情商水平不容乐观,其心理调适能力、认知社会能力和公关社交能力亟待加强。据此,可以把高职学生的情商指标体系架构为一个目标、三个一级能力指标、六个二级能力指标和十二个三级能力指标。培养高职学生的情商能力,应把情商教育纳入高职教育体系,在实践教学中强化学生的责任能力,丰富和创新校园文化活动。

Abstract:College students' EQ capability fostering has been put much attention increasingly.According to a survey,higher vocational college students EQ level is not optimized,and the ability to adjust mentality,recognize society,and communicate publicly should be fostered with efforts.EQ index system can be structured as 1 aim,3 first-class,6 second-class,and 12 third-class capability indexes.EQ education should be covered in higher vocational education system.Students' liability can be intensified in practice teaching,so as to enrich campus culture and activities.
