加强宿舍文化建设 促进大学生社会化

宿舍文化作为校园文化的重要组成部分，在促进大学生社会化过程中，具有思想政治教育、正面引导、学习交流、自我教育、陶冶情操等功能。当前高校应从思想上高度重视、注意价值引导、建立健全规章制度、抓好宿舍文明创建、提高文化活动品位、发挥学生骨干作用、配好宿舍管理队伍等七个方面加强宿舍文化建设，促进大学生社会化。
