高速铁路助推长三角中短途旅游业发展的障碍与对策

区域交通的提升会对区域内各城市的产业发展带来助推效应。采用案例分析法、问卷调查法和系统分析法研究高速铁路在助推长三角旅游资源整合、加速旅游产业发展过程中面临的机遇与挑战，针对高铁票价体系、集疏运系统建设及行政壁垒等现存问题，提出构建多元化票价体系、提升集疏运系统、打破行政壁垒、促进部门合作等应对措施，为实现高速铁路助推长三角旅游业发展提供理论依据。

Barrier and Strategy of HST Promoting the Development of Mid-Short-Distance Tourism in the Yangtze River Delta Region

The upgrading of regional transport will bring "boosting effect" to the industry of cities in the region.Through the methods of case study,questionnaire survey and systematic analysis,the article researches the opportunities and threats in the process of high-speed train boosting the integration of tourism resources and accelerating tourism industry in the Yangtze River Delta Region.In connection with such existing problems as HST fare system,collecting and distributing system construction and administrative rampart,the article puts forward the counter-measure of constructing diversified fare system,promoting the collecting and distributing system,breaking administrative rampart and boosting department cooperation etc.,thus providing theoretic foundation for the realization of HST boosting the development of tourism in the Yangtze River Delta Region.
