摘    要:风险分析在我国刚刚处在起步阶段,对经验和教训的总结缺乏系统化和科学化,工程项目风险分析的研究领域几乎还处在空白状态,大部分工程项目的风险分析还处于定性阶段,缺乏系统性定量的分析方法。为此有诸多的工程项目的管理人员投身到风险分析的研究当中,探索行之有效的科学方法。风险分析其本身就是广泛应用各门学科的理论和方法来分析处理由不确定性产生的各种问题的一整套方法,本文简要介绍一种评判风险大小的方法,供大家参考。

Abstract:Risk analysis has just started in our country. The summary of its experience and lessons are less systematic and scientific. The research field about engineering project risk analysis is still blank. Most of such analyses are in the stage of quality, lack systematic quantity analysis method. Owing to this, quite a few managerial personnel devote themselves to the study of risk analysis in order to find effective ways. Risk analysis itself is a set of methods dealing with a variety of problems unsettled by using theories of different subjects. A method is talked about in this essay about judging the size of the risk of the engineering project.for reference only.
