钢质连续抽油杆应用及可行性评价

摘    要:抽油杆是有杆抽油设备的重要部件,它将抽油机的动力传递给井下抽油泵。目前油田现役的抽油杆绝大多数是D级杆,由于抽油杆材料、加工工艺、工作环境、使用不当和管理不善等因素,抽油杆失效频繁发生,造成了巨大的经济损失。钢质连续抽油杆作为一种特种抽油杆,机械性能优于D级抽油杆,虽然一次性投入稍高,但可以大大降低抽油杆失效的发生,避免躺井,减少作业成本,经济效益较好,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Steel successive petroleum-pump perch is the main part of perch petroleum-pumps, which transfers power to pumps in the mine. At present the mostly used perches in petroleum fields are almost level D. Breakdowns frequently occur and do great damage to economy of company because of the materials, the processing crafts, working conditions, improper operation and management, etc. Steel successive petroleum-pump perch is extra small and its mechanical capabilities are superior to Level D.Although it costs a lot at one time, it is worthy because it can greatly reduce invalidation occurrences, producing costs and bring high profits to companies.
