| Abstract: | There is small quantities of current in the breakdown of single-phase grounding of the system of neutral point not grounding, so it is hard to tell where the trouble is. This article presents a set of system of computer checking troubles. This system adopts double judging, relative phase concept and synchronous locking phase technology. It has the following features:strong ability to resist interruption, telling where the trouble is in wires correctly, and can be run easily. |
