| 摘 要： | 农业剩余劳动力的转移,是我国实现农业现代化的先决条件,是增加农民收入的重要途径。2000年,攸县跻身湖南省第一批小康县。文章从劳务输出角度,分析攸县农村剩余劳动力的转移和劳务经济的发展状况,提出加强劳务开发的必要性。

| Abstract: | The transition of surplus labor in agriculture is the first condition in agricultural modernization in China,and the important channel in peasants rising income.Youxian town has been the first group well-off town in Hunan province in2000.This paper will analyses the transition of rural area surplus labor and the development of service e-conomy in Youxian town,based the meaning on fored labors.Then brings out the necessarity in strengthening fored la-bor improvement. |
