众创空间培育在孵中小企业增值路径研究

众创空间运行能否有效支持在孵中小企业价值提升，是培育在孵中小企业发展的关键，也是检验众创空间效能的抓手。以天津市69家众创空间及其在孵的196家中小企业为样本，运用结构方程模型研究众创空间提升在孵中小企业价值增值体系，提出在孵中小企业增值多维体系包括技术价值、环境价值、政策价值、商业价值，依据众创空间提升在孵中小企业价值的思路，提出组织管理、交流共享、教育培训、融资服务和商业服务等运行机制。结果表明：众创空间的商业服务正向影响在孵中小企业价值提升，组织管理、教育培训、融资服务通过影响商业服务间接促进在孵中小企业价值提升，共享交流负向影响商业服务，间接影响在孵中小企业价值提升。结论探明了中小企业价值提升路径，为众创空间培育在孵中小企业提供了路径参考。

The Research of the Value added Path of Co makerSpace Cultivating the Small and Medium Enterprises in Incubating

Whether the operation of co-maker space can effectively support the improvement of the enterprises' value is the key to foster the development of the small and medium enterprises， and also text effectiveness of co-maker space.The paper use structural equation model to study the system that co-maker enhance the value of enterprises,including technical value,environmental value,policy value and commercial value.Then according to the idea of raising the value of enterprises,we put forward the operation mechanism of organization and management,exchange and sharing,education and training,financing service and business service.The results indicate that business services raise the value,organizational management,education and training,financing services positive affect business services and then raise the value,exchange and sharing negative affect business services and the reduce the value.The paper explores the path of raise enterprises' value,and has certain reference value.
