摘    要:加大力度发展可再生能源已成为世界各国缓解能源紧缺与环境问题的关键举措,调动需求侧灵活资源可以增加电力系统中可配置的灵活性容量,提高能源利用效率,减少电力系统运行成本.对需求侧灵活资源可调度潜力进行准确评估,可应对高比例可再生能源并网给电力系统带来的冲击,快速、准确地对系统进行调节和控制,从而实现能源的供需平衡.

Abstract:Increasing efforts to develop renewable energy has become a key measure for countries around the world to alleviate energy shortages and environmental problems. Mobilizing demand side flexible resources can increase the configurable flexibility capacity in the power system, improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce the operating costs of power system. Accurate assessment of the schedulable potential of flexible resources on the demand side can cope with the impact of high proportion of renewable energy grid connection on the power system, adjust and control the system quickly and accurately, so as to realize a balance of energy supply and demand.
