| Abstract: | Public service platform construction of patent achievements transformation is in accordance with the spirit of long-term scientific and technological development of China's Eleventh Five-year Plan.It studys in-depth the situation of patent achievements transformation at present and proposes the program model of establishing patent achievements transformation public service platform,combining the actual situation of all provinces,by virtue of patent achievements transformation cases. |
