| 摘 要： | 操作风险这一长期被中国银行界忽视的名词,随着银行大案的频发而逐渐被人们所熟悉。通过比较分析中外商行操作风险管理来探求我国商业银行在操作风险管理上存在的缺陷,以期能更好地解决操作风险管理问题。

| Abstract: | In recent years,operational risk,a term long ignored by Chinese banking industry,has been known gradually with the frequent ocurences of serious crimes concerning banks.Through the analysis on the defects in the management of operational risks of domestic banks,the paper seeks the solutions by loarning from the foreign experiences. |
