论云南发展绿色经济的外部性

运用现代经济学方法论对云南绿色经济发展战略进行研究分析，从而对云南可持续发展在全国经济发展中的公平问题和本质有所认识，在政策选择上有重要意义。本文在论述绿色经济的涵义和特点、地区发展偏好与地区间公平的基础上，对云南绿色经济的理论选择提出建议。

Discussing the External Factors of Yunnan Developing a Green Economy

This article applies the methods of modern economics to carry out research and analysis of Yunnan's development strategy for a green economy. Thus there is a recognition that there is a question of fairness in the nature of Yunnan's sustainable development as far as national economic development is concerned, and this has an important impact on government policy choices. In discussing the implications, features, regionally biased development and the fairness in dealing with different regions, this paper puts forward some proposals for the theoretical choices facing Yunnan's green economy.
