| Abstract: | In order to bring into full play comprehensively the function of cities parks and greenbelt, this article puts forward the construction of parks and greenbelts, the selection of plants, the guiding principles in the comprehensive use of land, the intended design and measures to be implemented. In doing this, environmental, social, and economic benefits are all taken into consideration. |
