| 摘 要： | 一国产业技术创新能力的高低不仅体现了该国在世界经济竞争中的地位,还影响着该国未来产业政策的取向。文章在构建农业生物产业技术创新能力评价指标体系的基础上,对中国、美国、法国、加拿大、英国等国家的农业生物产业创新能力进行了测算,并对中国农业生物产业技术创新能力作出了总体评价。
