| 摘 要： | 全球价值链和全球产业网络的研究目前还处于探索阶段,文章按照相关文献的发展顺序,对全球价值链治理和全球产业网络的理论做了系统的梳理。首先介绍了全球价值链的概念的发展历程,接着分析了全球产业网络（GPN）定义的产生、发展、演化,最后在前面研究的基础上进行了价值链治理模式分类方法的研究,并简单客观地评价了现有文献的贡献和不足。

| Abstract: | The study of GVC and CPN is still in the exploring period.The paper systematically combs the theories of GVC and CPN according to chronic development of the related literature,which firstly introduces the conceptual history of GVC and then analyses the CPN definition's generation,development and evolvement and last but not least,studies the category method of GVC governing mode and briefly and impersonally evaluates the existing literature and its deficiency. |
