中西部地区20省份普惠金融对精准扶贫的效果评价

本文基于普惠金融与精准扶贫高度一致的内在关系,对两者进行了耦合性分析,并将两者耦合为一个有机整体,构建了普惠金融对精准扶贫的效果评价指标体系框架,然后采用熵值法对中西部20省份的普惠金融对精准扶贫的效果进行评价,并通过聚类分析将不同地区所呈现的普惠金融精准扶贫效果的差异性进行分类研究。分析结果显示,(1)普惠金融与精准扶贫在扶贫对象、扶贫手段与扶贫主体上的存在耦合关系;(2)我国中西部20省份的普惠金融对精准扶贫的效果总体呈现出向好趋势,但不同地区之间普惠金融对精准扶贫效果差别较为明显,因此对各地区实施相应政策时也应当因地制宜、对症下药。

Evaluation of Accurate Poverty Alleviation Effect of Inclusive Finance:A study based on 20 provinces in the Midlands and West

Based on the highly consistent internal relationship between Inclusive Finance and Accurate Poverty Alleviation,this paper makes a coupling analysis and combines into an organic whole,constructs an evaluation index system framework of the effect of Inclusive Finance on Accurate Poverty Alleviation,and then uses the method of entropy to improve the effects of Inclusive Finance on Accurate Poverty Alleviation in 20 provinces of central and Western China.The cluster analysis is applied inthis paper to evaluate and classify the differences of the Accurate Poverty Alleviation effect of Inclusive Finance in different regions.The analysis results show that:(1)there is a coupling relationship between Inclusive Finance and Accurate Poverty Alleviation in the target of poverty alleviation,the means of poverty alleviation and the main body of poverty alleviation;(2)the effect of Inclusive Finance on Accurate Poverty Alleviation in 20 provinces of central and Western China shows a good trend,but the effect of Inclusive Finance on Accurate Poverty Alleviation is quite different among regions.When implementing corresponding policies in various regions,it is suggested to take measures to suit local conditions and prescribe appropriate remedies.
