| 摘 要： | 农业合作社作为一种准一体化组织具有双重特征,既能发挥集体组织的优势,有效地规避外部机会主义风险,又能利用独立经营的优势,但也存在高组织成本的不足.扬长避短,有效利用农业合作社这种组织形式是提高我国农业生产效率的有效方式.

| Abstract: | As a quasi-integrated organization,agricultural producers' co-operatives have double characteristics.On the one hand,they can exert the advantages of collective organizations,effectively avoiding the risk of external opportunism.On the other hand,they can take advantage of independent management,having the disadvantage of high organization costs.Making effective use of agricultural producers' co-operatives and fostering their strengths may be an effective way to promote China's agricultural production effic... |
