| Abstract: | The essay introduces the concept and application status of value net, explores the necessity and feasibility of establishing and implementing value net operation mode by railway diversified logistics enterprises. The value net operation mode of railway diversified logistics enterprises is established, which provides a backup method of development mode for these enterprises. |
