综合运输体系价格机制研究

摘    要:根据不同运输方式效率分析比较,各运输方式可以按照时间、空间、效率维度构成两个区域:相互密集交错的竞争区域和分布分散的互补区域。综合运输体系价格体系的构建也需要从这两个层次展开:在基础设施网络的建设上,要由政府进行规划与协调实现结构合理化;在竞争区域则按照市场化的原则鼓励各种运输方式之间的自由竞争。
