高职院校职业素养考核体系的研究与构建

目前各高职院校对学生职业素养的培养越来越重视,通过多种培养途径进行了实践,但学生职业素养水平仍不容乐观。究其原因主要是现有考核体系难以对学生日常行为规范进行全面考核,导致学生对自己的行为缺乏约束,无法正确引导学生养成良好的职业素养,为此文章研究构建了一套职业素养考核体系,旨在更好地培养学生的职业素养。

Research and Construction of Professional Accomplishment Evaluation System in Vocational Colleges

At present, vocational colleges are paying more and more attention to cultivating their students＇ pro- fessional accomplishment, and they have practiced through a variety of ways. However, students＇ professional accomplishment is still not optimistic. The main reason is that it is difficult to use the existing extensive evalu- ation system to assess student＇s daily behavior comprehensively, which causes students＇ being unable to con- trol their behavior; hence it is impossible to guide students to cultivate good evaluation accomplishment. This article aims to establish a comprehensive professional accomplishment evaluation system, leading students to cultivate good professional accomplishment.
