| 摘 要： | 通过对我国农业产业化经营的现状和组织形式进行分析,指出我国农业产业化经营已有的优秀经验和存在的主要个问题,并在研究"山东寿光"农业经营模式的基础之上,运用归纳演绎的方法,在价值链的视角下建立起我国农业产业化经营的模式。

| Abstract: | Through analysis of the present situation and organizational types of agricultural industrialization business in China, this paper sums up excellent experiences and some major problems. Furthermore, based on studying agricultural business model of Shouguang, Shandong Province, it uses the induction and deduction methods to establish a pattern of industrial management of agriculture in the perspective of value chain. |
