| 摘 要： | 地方政府过度举债,信贷风险隐藏在投资的高增长中,如果不加以规范和管理,未来一旦爆发政府债务危机,规模巨大的政府债务将会影响金融资产的质量,最终连锁式地冲击实体经济。文章介绍了目前我国地方政府债务不断扩大的基本情况,然后重点分析了地方政府债务风险形成的原因,未来可能面临的风险以及防范、化解风险的思路对策。

| Abstract: | When the local governments borrow money excessively, credit risks are hidden in the high growth of investment. If the loans are not properly regulated and managed , once the outbreak of the government debt crisis happens, massive government debts will seriously affect the quality of financial assets, and finally impact on the real economy. The article first introduces the basic situation of the local governments＇ increasing debts in China, and then focuses on the causes and the prevention and reduction of the risks. |
