摘    要:农业发展方式的转变促进了新型农业的发展,为农村劳动力就地转移提供了新的路径。文章阐述了新型农业发展及其带动乡村就业的理论基础,在2005年和2011年全国地理标志调查得到的数据基础上,构建一个多元回归模型,实证分析乡村就业的影响因素,揭示中国农村就业的态势。结果显示,地理标志保护、农业机械化、城镇居民人均可支配收入增加有利于乡村非农就业,而耕地面积的扩大促进农业就业,农村劳动力文化素质越低,在乡村就业的几率就越高。

Abstract:New-style agriculture has gained a quick improvement under the process of transforming agricultural development mode and offers a new path of transfering rural labor force, which has greatly mitigated the pressure of employment in China. This article analyses the theoretical base of the dynamic factors of the new-style agriculture appearing and quickly developing in China and promoting rural employment. With the geographical indications data of China in 2005 and 2011, we build up a model of multiple regressions to experientially excavate factors for rural employment and display the trend of employment in rural China. The results show that geographical indications’ protection, agricultural mechanization, urban per capita disposable income promoting rural non-farm employment, enlargement of agricultural acreage is helpful for agricultural employment in rural China, poorly-educational people in rural China are more likely to work in the countryside.
