| 摘 要： | 大学生创业群体在创业过程中的风险预知和处理能力较差。通过引入创业导师能有效的降低创业风险,从而使更多的大学生成功创业。强化创业团队的引导、创业项目的筛选、创业过程的指导和创业资源的获取,引入创业导师机制,对降低大学生创业风险的重要作用。

| Abstract: | College Students Entrepreneurship group risk in the entrepreneurial process and theprocessing ability is poor. By introducing the business mentor can effectively reduce business risk, so that more students succeed. This article analyzes the college students＆#39;entrepreneurial risks. Analyzed the entrepreneurial team guidance, project screening, the entrepreneurial process guidance, entrepreneurial resources acquisition. Reveals the important role in reducing the risk of entrepreneurship students entrepreneurship mentor. |
