| 摘 要： | 本文利用状态空间模型,引进了政府政策和适应性预期价格两个因素变量,分析了我国住房需求和住房供给的影响因素,在此基础上提出合理引导住房需求、保障土地供给、强化指导人们形成合理预期、加强政策指导,保证政策实施的有效性等措施,以期促进我国房地产市场的可持续发展.
