BOT:消除经济发展“瓶颈”的新战略

随着中国经济的持续快速增长,基础设施的"瓶颈"制约日趋严重,单一的政府供给模式难以维继,吸纳非公有资本进入,寻求政府与市场相结合的多元供给模式是一种必然选择,BOT战略的实施成为打破"瓶颈"的新思路。政府有必要进一步完善宏观环境,拓展BOT战略发展空间。

BOT: New Project of Eliminating the Bottle Neck of Economic Development

As China rapidly advancs economy, infrastructune like a "bottle neck"restricts the furthur development. Single government-supply pattern is not enough,while it will be an inevitable choice to absorb non-public capital and seek the diversified supply pattern of the combination of government and market. The government need further improve the macro environment and make much room for the developement of BOT strategy as a new project to break the bottle neck.
