| Abstract: | The application and realization method of the PHA-LEC method were briefly introduced.The determination of hazard scale in PHA was quantitatively calculated by Labor Environment Condition(LEC) method.Based on safety assessment of Building Construction,the application of PHA-LEC was demonstrated. |
