| 摘 要： | 中国农业已进入新的阶段,农业的先天不足、二元经济矛盾的激化和WTO的挑战急切呼唤农业保护。而且,多年的经济发展也为中国实施农业支持和保护政策创造了条件。当前,制定农业保护政策应突出重点,依据不同产品和不同地区而采取不同的方式。

Protection for Agriculture in New Era |

| Abstract: | China's agriculture begins a new period when agriculture is in imperious need of protection for its predeterminate disbenefits, the paradox between "the duality economy" and the challenges from WTO. Meanwhile, the accumulation of fortune in decades makes it possible for China to support and protect her agriculture. Nowadays, our policy should focus on protection in different methods in the light of various agriculture products and different region. |
