| 摘 要： | 胶黏剂作为一种新型的连接材料在国民经济的各个领域应用越来越广泛。胶黏剂的剪切强度与黏接过程中形成的化学键等作用力以及胶黏剂本身的结构有关,同时还与胶接材料表面状况、胶接工艺等因素有密切联系。主要研究了胶接材料的表面处理方法、漂洗水温、胶层厚度、胶液稳定性等因素对胶黏剂剪切强度的影响。

| Abstract: | As a new type of connection material,adhesives are applied more and more widely in various fields of national economy.Shear strength has relationship with chemical bond forces and structure state of adhesive itself in the course of adhesion,and also with the bonding surface structure and bonding technology,etc..Effect of different surface treatment of bonding materials,temperature of rinsing water,thickness of layer,and stability of glue on adhesive shear strength were mainly studied. |
