| 摘 要： | 企业推行供应链管理过程中必然面临电子商务这一新的环境，电子商务为供应链管理创造了新的条件．同时也对供应链管理提出了新的挑战。系统考察了电子商务环境下供应链协同管理的重要性和障碍，重点从软约束和硬约束两个方面来探讨供应链的协同管理。
