基于投入产出分析的旅游碳排放核算——以山东省为例

基于投入产出模型并从终端消费角度核算了2007年山东省旅游碳排放。结果表明：以隐含碳指标衡量,2007年山东省旅游碳排放总量为7.88MtC,其中国内旅游碳排放占93.07%,入境旅游碳排放占6.93%;以单位消费碳排放指标衡量并与最终使用相比较,在山东的旅游消费属于低碳消费;以人均碳排放指标衡量,入境旅游碳排放远高于国内旅游碳排放,同时国内旅游与入境旅游碳排放的差异也反映在碳源构成方面。由此建议山东省发展低碳旅游时关注入境旅游低碳产品的开发,以及在入境旅游碳减排中侧重建设低碳旅游交通,在国内旅游碳减排中提倡使用清洁的热力与电力。

Calculation of Carbon Emissions of Shandong Tourism by Input-output method

Analysis of carbon emissions of tourism is one of the basic studies for developing low-carbon tourism. This paper estimates the embodied carbon emissions of tourism in Shandong by input-output method. The results show that the embodied carbon emissions of Shandong tourism in 2007 is 7.88 MtC, as composed of the domestic tourism and inbound tourism account for 93.07% and 6.39%. It＇s found that tourism consumption in Shandong belongs to low carbon consumption, because its carbon emissions per unit consumption is below the average. According to the carbon emissions per capita, carbon emissions of inbound tourism is much higher than that of domestic tourism, and the differences between carbon emissions of domestic tourism and inbound tourism are also reflected in the composition of carbon source. It is suggested that in the development of low carbon tourism, Shandong province should place the focus on developing low carbon product and constructing low carbon transportation in inbound tourism on the one hand, while promoting the use of clean heat and power in domestic tourism on the other hand.
