原子吸收法测定中药铅含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:依据JJF 1059.1-2012 《测量不确定度评定与表示》和GB/T 27411-2012《检测实验室中常用不确定度评定方法与表示》两个不确定度相关标准,对《中国药典》中原子吸收分光光度法测定铅含量的测量过程进行不确定度分析,根据分析方法,建立数学模型,找出检测过程中影响结果的不确定度分量来源并进行评定分析,最终得出不确定度评定结果。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Lead in Chinese Medicines by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract:The uncertainty analysis of the measurement process of lead content measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in Chinese Pharmacopoeia is carried out according to the two criteria of uncertainty related to JJF 1059.1-2012《measurement uncertainty assessment and representation and the commonly used uncertainty assessment methods and representations in GB/T 27411-2012》 testing laboratory. According to the analysis method, a mathematical model is established to find out the source of uncertainty component in the detection process and evaluate the analysis, and finally the uncertainty evaluation results are obtained.
