摘    要:研究手机在食品领域的应用现状及其发展趋势,能够为该领域的进一步发展设立基础。本文采用文献计量法,以CNKI数据库为资源并检索,运用SATI、UCINET、Net Draw、Microsoft Excel 2010等工具分别从文献发表的时间、数量、关键词、基金来源、载文期刊、被引次数以及文献内容等多方面进行计量分析。检索共得文献461篇(1998年1月1日—2019年12月31日),分刊于39种刊物,其中有7项资助基金,有41所机构参与研究,共检得专利148项,内容主要集中于手机在食品领域的基础应用和检测应用两大主题。早期国内研究方向单一、内容浅显,但近年来研究热度升温,内容涉及食品信息溯源、管理和食品安全检测等多个方面,重点日趋多样化,在智能检测上取得了技术性及创新性的突破,但在产学研结合等方面还需举步直追。

Abstract:To study the application status and development trend of mobile phones in food industry,and to lay a foundation for further development in this field.Using the bibliometric method,using CNKI database of China Knowledge Infrastructure Project as data resources and searching,using SATI,UCINET,NetDraw,Microsoft Excel 2010 and other tools to improve the time and quantity of literature publication,keywords,sources of funds,journals,citations and content of literature,etc.Line econometric analysis.A total of 461articles (1998.01.01-2019.12.31) were retrieved and published in 39 journals.Seven grant funds were obtained,41 colleges and departments of higher learning invested in research,and 148 patents were published.The content mainly focuses on the basic application and detection application of mobile phone in the food field.Early domestic research direction is single and content is simple,but in recent years,the research heat increased,the content involved food information tracing,management,food safety testing and many other aspects,the focus is increasingly diversified,in the intelligent detection has made great technological and innovative breakthroughs.However,it is still necessary to keep up with the combination of industry,education and research in order to surpass and take the lead in the world.
