高校食堂社会化服务监管体系构建研究——以云南艺术学院为例

摘    要:高校食堂社会化是后勤深化改革进程中的大胆探索。引入社会优质餐饮企业资源可以提升食堂服务质量、管理水平,打破传统管理壁垒。同时也对后勤监管部门的管理能力提出了新的挑战。如果学校后勤不能有效提升监管质量,构建强有力的食堂监管体系,将导致监管流于形式,损害师生利益。本文立足于本校在外包食堂监管体系构建过程中的经验教训,通过总结分析为实践产生提供指导。

Abstract:The socialization of canteens in universities is a bold exploration made in the process of deepening the reform of logistics.The introduction of social high-quality catering enterprise resources can improve the quality of canteen service and management,and break down traditional management barriers.It also poses new challenges to the management capabilities of the logistics supervision department.If school logistics can not effectively improve the quality of supervision and build a strong canteen supervision system,supervision will be superficial and will harm the interests of teachers and students.This article based on the experience and lessons of our school in the construction of outsourcing canteen supervision system,through summary research,hoped that it can give guidance to practice.
