| 摘 要： | 现有簇群分类研究现状仍存在缺陷。在现有理论基础上，引入三个簇群划分变量——联结键、地域依赖和发展周期，建立三维簇群定位模型，详细论证了三个划分变量在簇群划分中的重要意义以及它们之间的内在联系，并通过实例检验模型的应用价值。

| Abstract: | After a brief introduction to the current study on industry cluster, the paper points out some of their limitation. Then based on it, the paper introduced three division variables-----linkage, area tie and phase to construct a new model for cluster orientation, giving their significance and internal relations. In the end, an example is also presented for demonstration. |
