| 摘 要： | 自1979年住房制度改革特别是1998年住房分配货币化改革全面推开以来,适应中国特色社会主义市场经济体制与行政管理体制改革趋向的城镇保障房体制构建研究渐次展开。本文系统回顾并展望该领域的研究进展,期冀为城镇保障房新体制乃至整个住房新体制的构建、完善提供理论启示,从而在实践层面奠定"保商协调"和"住有所居"的体制基础。

| Abstract: | Since the housing system reform in 1978,especially the housing assignment currency comprehensive reform has been the launched in 1998,the affordable housing system has been adapted to Chinese characteristic socialism market economy system and administrative gradually.This paper reviews and discusses the progress of this field,and for affordable housing system and the whole of the new housing system constructing provides theoretical enlightments thus can lay a security of coordinated in the affordable housing and commodity house development,everyone have a room to live。 |
