| 摘 要： | 资金要素是影响农业科技创新能力提高的重要要素。加强金融对农业科技创新的支持是国家的政策要求,也是金融部门的重要职责。金融部门在支持农业科技创新的过程中自身实力也会得到不断提升,实现农业和金融的＂双赢＂。但本文认为当前金融对农业科技创新的支持还存在着许多不容忽视的问题,金融加大对农业科技创新的支持应多管齐下。
