试论保护民营企业合法权益的措施

随着改革开放的深入，民营企业在我国国民经济中占据了越来越重要的地位。但是，由于受旧体制和观念的限制，在现时经济生活中，民营经济还是受到了这样或者那样的不平等待遇，其合法权益也受到侵犯。主要表现在市场主体地位不平等，很难实现公平竞争；发展民营经济的环境不够宽松；民营企业和职工的合法权益得不到保护等。保护民营企业合法权益的措施为加强立法保护；加强司法保护；放宽民营企业的市场加大改革挟持力度。
