| 摘 要： | 针对森工企业文化缺乏独特性的问题,提出依据森工企业的特点,建设独具特色的森工企业文化;分析并阐述了森工企业文化应是集团文化和绿色文化。在集团文化建设中应该达到五个统一,在绿色文化建设中,应建立以绿色价值观为核心的绿色文化体系。

| Abstract: | The forest industry lack of a unique corporate culture and based on the characteristics of forest industries,to build the unique corporate culture,analysis and described the forest industry corporate culture is a group culture and a green culture. In group cultural construction should reach five reunification,and in green culture building,should be established to green values as the core of the green culture system. |
