当代中国农村家庭养老问题探析

随着生产力的发展和社会的转型，传统的农村家庭养老模式将会受到严重冲击，人口老龄化、农村家庭规模趋向小型化和核心化，以及农民收入低下等削弱了农村家庭养老功能。为此，我们应主要从制度伦理建构入手，鞭策、鼓励、扶持家庭养老，提高农村社区为老年人服务的质量水平，还要发挥政府在农村家庭养老中的职能作用，真正让家庭成为老人们安度晚年的稳固后方。
