东盟合作的现状分析及我国应采取的对策

当前,东盟经济合作的重点是实现东盟自由贸易区;政治与安全合作受金融危机的冲击而减缓,其外交转呈“向东看”趋势;合作机制取得了新的进展。分析东盟合作现状对我国的影响,应从经济合作、政治安全。外交关系三个方面采取积极可行的对策,发展我国与东盟的睦邻友好关系。

Analysis on the Present Conditions of ASEAN's Co-operation and China's Countermeasures

The key points of economic co-operation is the realization of AFTA; Co-operation of politics and safety has been slowed down to some extent because of the impacts of Asian financial crisis and change the diplomatic trends to "look at the east" ; new progress has been made in co-operation mechanism; Then, in connection with the present situation of the ASEAN' s co-operation, active and practicable measures are put forward from three aspects: economic co-operation, political safety and diplomatic relations to develop friendly relations hip between the ASEAN and China.
