山东农村女性教育收益实证研究

实证研究表明,现阶段山东农村女性受教育年限与经济收入二者间呈非线性关系;影响女性收入的主要变量是多种经营收入而非教育投入;女性教育收益普遍低于男性;经济发达及职业选择多元化地区的女性教育收益高于经济欠发达地区的女性;农村公益性技术培训及农村女性劳动力市场化程度等外界因素影响了教育收益规律的常规作用.

An Empirical Study on Female's Educational Return in Shandong Rural Areas

Practical research indicates that there is non-linear correlation between the period of female's education and their income at the present stage. The main factor influencing female's income is diversified economy, not educational investment. The female's educational return is fewer than that of the male, and the return in the developed rural areas is better than that in the underdeveloped rural areas. The free technical training and the degree of labour market for rural females effects a change in the regularities of educational return.
