摘    要:针对传统铁路客运排班及管理存在的不足,为使铁路乘务管理水平与快速发展的高速铁路运营方式相适应,通过分析系统设计目的及原则,采用数据层、功能层和显示层的逻辑架构,设计铁路乘务排班管理与辅助决策系统。系统通过对接已有信息系统,具备排班计划管理、自动调整、查询与统计功能,实现铁路乘务排班管理与辅助决策,为提升科学排班及乘务管理水平、进一步优化客运生产关系、推进铁路智能化乘务管理提供技术支撑与理论指导。

Abstract:In order to ensure the compatibility between railway crew management and fast developing high speed railway operation mode,and solve the problems of crew scheduling and management of traditional railway passenger transportation,the purpose and principles of system design was analyzed.A railway crew scheduling management and assistant decision system was designed adopting the logical architecture of data layer,function layer and display layer.By connecting with existing information system,the designed system can facilitate railway crew scheduling management and assistant decision with functions such as scheduling management,automatic adjustment,query and statistics,providing technical support and theoretical guidance for improving crew scheduling and management,further optimizing passenger transportation production relationship,and promoting railway intelligent crew management.
