高速铁路应急调度协同处置流程结构化分析方法研究

摘    要:高速铁路应急调度处置流程的结构化分析,对于提升应急调度处置效率和质量,推动应急调度智能化进程具有重要意义。针对结构化分析需求,提出一种基于铁路规章的应急调度处置流程分解与重构方法,以图形化方式重构应急调度处置流程,并基于随机Petri网理论建立高速铁路应急调度协同处置流程模型,给出多工种协同的SPN模型建立与等价化简、性能分析的方法,通过计算识别处置流程风险控制点和关键环节,选取场景“运行途中司机发现晃车”建模并分析,分析结果符合现场实际情况,表明该结构化分析方法能够从信息传递和处置流程角度提示风险控制点和关键环节,为多工种协同的应急调度指挥工作提供决策参考。

Abstract:The structural analysis of emergency dispatching disposal process of high speed railway is of great significance for improving the efficiency and quality of emergency dispatching disposal and facilitating the intelligent process of emergency dispatching.Firstly,aiming at the structural analysis requirement,a decomposing and reconstructing method of emergency dispatching disposal process based on railway regulations was proposed to reconstruct the disposal process in a graphical manner.Secondly,considering the stochastic Petri net theory,the collaborative disposal process model of high speed railway emergency dispatching was established.The methods of equivalence simplification and performance analysis were presented.The risk control points and key links of disposal process were identified through calculation.Finally,the scene of“driver discovering vehicle shaking during operating”was selected as a case study.The analysis results are consistent with the situation on the site,indicating that the structural analysis method can prompt risk control points and key links from the perspective of information transmission and handling procedure,and provide reference for the decision-making of emergency dispatching and command.
